SAFETY AND RISK

cannot be totally eliminated (e.
g.
stone falls, sérac falls, crevasses, and avalanches).
 Participants must therefore be
aware of and accept these risks before signing up to an activity.

INSURANCE
Each participant must ensure they have adequate insurance which should include cover for public liability, search and
rescue, evacuation and so on.

 The Guide can be
replaced with another Guide if needed (disease, accident, other…).
This can in no case lead to a demand for price
reduction or refund or cancellation.

CANCELLATION
As a general rule, weather conditions cannot be accepted as a reason for cancellation unless the guide considers that
the safety of the group would be compromised.
Snow quality can in no case lead to a demand for price reduction or
refund or cancellation.
